"Nice people at front desk"

"Had a good time at this facility... Would prefer a door in back so that when it's raining & you're in the back, you don't have to walk lenght of facility. Lastly, the parking situation with tickets is a bit annoying."

"It’s a 5-minute shuttle from SJC but very quiet (especially Sun, Mon, Tue per staff). I was in the lobby early for my 4:30 a.m. shuttle and the driver took me over, returning to make a second trip with another guest. My room had fridge, which was handy. The front desk person was courteous and welcoming."
