"The staff was amazing and attentive. We met so many incredible people. There was a foam party, Michael Jackson performance, and night club. It was a wonderful experience. We stayed in the adult part of the resort. The beach was beautiful. The staff at the beach was great. I would definitely visit again. "

"This was a beautiful resort and there was a lot available to us. We loved the food, loved the drinks, and there was always something to do. However I will say if you are a tourist please do your best to understand Spanish and speak a little bit of it. There wasn’t a lot of people who really spoke English well."

"I called the hotel 2 hours before my arrival, they didn't have my information on file but told me to get there anyways and by the time of my arrival they would have everything ready for me. When I finally arrived, they did have my information but told me that the hotel was full, there was no vacancy so they started to call nearby hotels to get me a room after 40 minutes the front desk agent then offered me to take me to a different hotel and RODE WITH ME ON MY CAR to take me there.
