The. Hotel is nice , clean and the staff is friendly and are always polite and helpful. I didn’t like the disturbing sounds of disco unti late hours . The beds are comfortable and also the pillows . The bathroom is small but has everything needed for a week end stay. I missed a coffee machine ! The restaurant is very good and has lots of varieties to choose . The service was great . Overall a good experience.

I booked a suite with a kitchenette and they placed me in a room without a kitchenette. When it was brought to the staff's attention, they said i didn't put in the notes that I wanted a kitchenette, even though that was in the description for the room that I booked. They did try to accommodate me but they finally found a room that I actually paid for but it was outdated, smelled and gave me a headache, stains on the wall and the carpet...it just looked unkept. They did move me to another updated room but it was not the one I paid for. Also, I had with me a service dog and provided them with the certification of him passing his training but they stated it was not acceptable. They stated that it has to be a certificate that can be scanned for them to search a registry. I did contact the ADA and there isn't such a registry. I only stayed there for one night because it was not the room I paid for and booked another hotel that provided better services and in a better area, the Sheraton. Expedia provided me with a discount because of the inconvenience.
