"We arrive late, they could not find our reserve, the bed was smaller than reserved. There was not drinking water in the room (they provided later after claim it). The watchman was always with a gun (I really don't like this). There was not water in the bathroom in the morning."

"What did I like? Everything! the customer service and how much Mr. Eliezer, Mr. Francisco and Mr. Elvis show the customer how much they care and how much they value their business! It's not a 5☆ hotel but it is a 10☆ service, you feel home you feel like family. We can chose any hotel we want but instead my husband and I keep on coming back to Parco del caribe because their attention and care is priceless. Thank youuuuu all so much 🙏🙏😂👏👏👏. What didn't we like? Nothing cause everything is great ☆☆☆☆☆"
