"Perfect location and lovely staff. The food and drinks were great and lots of options. There is a ton of stuff to do and you can book via the hotel. The spa experience was amazing too. Only complaint would be the beds are pretty hard, but the room overall was also very nice and private. "

"We had a wonderful time at this property. It's maintained perfectly and the views are gorgeous from the rooms. The breakfast was such a treat everyday. The hotsprings were a cherry on the top. We loved every bit of it."

"We stayed here about 9 years ago and chose to stay again. Our room was the type that has a 'backyard' with our own hot spring (think jacuzzi with a water fall feature, surrounded by plants and flowers, and heated by a volcano). The thermal forest and hot springs near the main pool were also amazing and a nice option between La Fortuna adventures, or when the rain forest is 'doing it's job' (aka raining). The hotel has also added a large covered area with sofas and comfy chairs and tables to allow for protection from the rain, but still to be outside and with views of the trees and plants."
