"The Springs Resort offered everything I needed on my vacation. From the first moment we arrived we were treated like royalty with friendliness and pampering. The staff are exceptionally friendly and many remembered our names during our short 4-day stay. The multiple hot springs pools are drained and cleaned daily. The swim up bar was such fun. Our room was grand, with an amazing view of Arenal volcano. The housekeeping staff were very respectful and we enjoyed the nightly turn-down service....

"By far the best trip I have ever had. My wife and I went here for our Honeymoon and the staff made every effort to make sure it was a memorable trip. From getting picked up at the Airport, to our arrival, to our excursions and dinners, everything was immaculate and by far the most professional and caring staff on the planet. "Hosts were super nice and helpful, the area was beautiful and very clean. They have the cutest dog who is super friendly well trained and loves to play. The pool was very clean. House was nice, but the bathroom door in the house we stayed at was very hard to close. There was also a hole where a lizard crawled through. Didn’t both us much though because besides that the place and hosts were lovely and we had a great stay!"
