I’ve stayed at many resorts in the past (this being the first review) and since this is my first time visiting the DR, I turned to reviews to make a decision on the stay. After reading countless reviews, this resort stood out with the best feedback—and it did not disappoint. This was my mother’s and my first time visiting the Dominican Republic, and our stay at the Excellence Hotel exceeded all expectations. The food at the buffet was okay, the restaurants had better selections. The resort offers 13 incredible restaurants to choose from, but what truly made our visit exceptional was the staff. A special shoutout to Junior, Jeremi, and Aracelis, who were not only fun but also went above and beyond to ensure everyone was engaged and having a great time. Those three definitely made everyone’s stay a little bit more fun and exciting. The rooms and the entire resort were impeccably clean, which is very important to both my mother and me. Whether you're traveling as a family (they offer so much for kids!) or looking for a more peaceful escape on the adults-only side, this resort caters to everyone. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an exceptional vacation. "
