"We occupied this unit from Jan 11 to Feb 1, 2025. The pictures online are precise. The home is equipped with all the amenities you need it is spacious and clean. The backyard pool and deck are a bonus feature. The pool was cleaned regularly. We encountered minor issues with power and water during our stay, but the host solved the problems prmptly when informed. The complex had 24hr security and was very safe. " We visited again February 2025 and it again did not disappoint. The facilities were amazing and the staff was very attentive. Our two young children enjoyed the mini club. Sandra and Dinora were absolutely amazing with the kids, and kept them engaged in many fun activities both in the mini clubhouse as well as on the pool deck. The entertainment staff kept us very busy. We participated in more of the activities this time around and we were glad we did. Alfred and Genna made sure that we would never bored and we loved interacting with them. Many of the staff members that we encountered on our last trip there two years ago remembered us, which made us feel very comfortable and at home."
