"The cove is amazing for swimming, however because it's public property, there is garbage all around it and seaweed not picked up. The food is decent at the buffet. A le carte restaurants are good as well, some of which was too salty, but all in all food is about a 7 out of 10. Staff is friendly, and we had a wonderful experience. Watch out for the guys in white shirts who try to sell you timeshare. We call them "the sharks." Stay away from the sharks! lol. If you like beach walking, this is not for you. Be sure to upgrade to adults only El Beso so you can sit in a chair on the beach by the cove, otherwise you will have to sit on the other side of the beach, which doesn't allow for swimming. El Beso adults only gives you access to a really nice Crepe restaurant for lunch, which was nice. The lazy river is fun, but bring your own flotation device as the stock is very limited at the resort. Our room was spectacular! We upgraded to an El Beso private rooftop jaccuzzi suite, which made our trip the best ever! "

"By far the best resort we've ever stayed at. Beautifully landscaped and situated. Staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Room and entire resort was very clean and well cared for. Would strongly suggest upgrading to VIP which includes your own private butler service and access to the VIP lounge/bar as well as a private VIP beach area with its own bar. Can't say enough about the beach bar bartenders Angelo and Raquel - very efficient and kept a cold drink in your hand at all times. "
