"Our stay at Excellence El Carmen in the Dominican Republic was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The resort’s property is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and pristine pools creating a stunning tropical paradise. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. Juana especially treated us like royalty!! Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, attentive, and eager to make our stay unforgettable. Their hospitality truly set this resort apart. The food was delicious! The drinks were top-notch as well, with premium liquors and were never watered down. "Although the rooms are slightly dated, the property is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff are very friendly. Outstanding staff were Captain Juan Adolfo Flopentine, Marien De Leon Paulpno and Pedro Arpsmendy , both of the tropical pool side bar (at the quiet pool). There are 2 pools. One called the quiet pool and one the loud pool. At the loud pool there are games and music all day. THE of the best tips that I can give is one given to me at the desk while trying to make dinner reservations. They will only give you 3 dinner reservations at their restaurants. I was told that the restaurants open at 6 PM. You can go to the restaurant at 6 PM and tell them that you have no reservation, but could they please seat you. It worked every single time and we had gourmet food at every restaurant every single night. Enjoy. "

"I have visited Punta Cana many times before but this was probably the best of them all. From the beach to the pool or the waterpark, everything was great. We also got to enjoy the tennis courts or the morning bike rides. The staff is very attentive, facilities are clean and well maintained, the food is excellent with a lot of options to select from, the entertainment team was superb…. I can go on and on and on. Few names you should ask for when visiting this resort. Emilio, Omega, James Bond, Bladimir, Frankelly, Yessica….. Thanks for making our vacation a dream come true."
