"Only negative was no one offered to take our bags to room, maybe because we stayed in a separate location from the main building. No house phone in main bedroom, only in smaller bedroom."

"The inn was so cute and conveniently located to the beach. Over it was clean but there were other people’s hair on the ground and on the sink around the mirror which grossed me out a little bit. Other than that everything else was great! "

"Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, you feel like it’s your own place amongst the locals. Completely renovated with a classy, minimalist vibe. They offer those extra touches of a larger resort. The entire place is spotless. And private. Parking is free and located behind the building. Loved the touch pad entry. The staff gave expeditious, clear and professional instructions. The easiest check in and out. It was my birthday and they had a nice hand written card for me with chocolates. Also, they gave a free tasting at the amazing SAMsARA winery. Do take advantage of that. The wines are delicious. It’s an easy walk to State Street. Only 2 miles from the beach. Looking forward to my next visit."

"I stayed here with my husband and toddler while visiting friends who lived nearby. It was a very clean room and when we turned the fan on for white noise, no issues with falling asleep. I appreciated that they have housekeeping come in every day, that seems less common these days at mid-tier hotels. Free breakfast was a nice option, my kid loved the steel cut oats. Underground garage parking was quite tightly packed as others have reported. We found that there were some solid dining options very close by, though it was also an easy drive downtown. Would definitely stay here again."

"Regardless of being under construction, this property was very clean cozy with a very friendly stuff. The location is just what you need in Santa Barbara. It’s little confusing to find the entrance because the building is under construction. And Valley parking makes it easy if you drive your own vehicle to Santa Barbara."
