"Everything was great. The only issue I had was the attitude of one lady working the day shift at the front desk. And that when we extended our room they were not very accommodating to keep us in the same room. I had to move all my stuff from one room to another. But otherwise it’s a great hotel. The lady in the breakfast area absolutely was amazing and made my mornings. The rooms were great and had a good amount of storage and space to put stuff. They were accommodating to my fur baby, who was happy there, and offer a little doggy area. Overall I’d stay there again. "

"Surprisingly it was a pretty quiet room, for being on lombard st I was surprised. Rooms clean and tidy. Its not a 5 star by any means, but is 5 star for what you paid for. Lots of great funky resturants around just. ablock away. I woiuld stay here again for sure. Included Parking is a big plus! "
