"This home was perfect for our family get away! It accommodated me, my husband, our daughters (28 and 9) my mother in law, my sister and her 10 y/o daughter. Alan was the most responsive host we've ever rented from. He called before our arrival and covered all the details about accessing the property, parking, favorite restaurants, etc. The home was beautifully appointed and the beds were all very comfortable. "The location is perfect, directly across the street from the beach. The house needs to be power washed and general maintenance is needed on the sliding doors and screens. The portable AC units work in the bedrooms but are noise. The one by the front didn’t get cold and the one by the kitchen cooled some of the time but we had to dump 4” of water out of the plastic container it was sitting in. Really liked the house but definitely needs some TLC and maintenance inside and out. "
