"I had my mother who is unable to climb the stairs or even 2 stair steps. I was concerned that the room is on the 3rd floor and there might be steps and there was near the elevator. As i was trying to figure out how i can get my mom up, a young man named Jose appeared and helped get my mom up to the room. The room is clean and had a comfortable bed. All staff were nice and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel. "
