My upgrade King Suite is very spacious and comfortable. My sincere thanks to a housekeeping supervisor/employee who noticed this afternoon I was struggling to enter my suite. She showed me that it might be easier for me/quicker if after I inserted my room key card I turned the door handle up once the green light came on and I heard the lock click. Success! I have no more problems with that and yes you can teach an old dog new tricks!

The staff is friendly & helpful with my questions and needs. This morning the front desk lady was very kind in letting me know I was off a full day today is the 19th not the 20th. Suppose it could be because I am very anxious to move into a hot tub room on the 20th?!
