Had no hot water for 2 days. I was told to run the water for 40-60 mins before needing to take a shower which is ridiculous. If you weren't on the 5th floor, whoever was above you, you could hear them walking around or jumping around and it woke me up 2 days in a row until I got my room changed to the 5th floor.

There was confusion about the $50 deposit on our credit card that we don’t have because we only deal in cash which is why we prepaid. Also, there was trash in the hallways and in the elevators. And that trash stay there all night long into the next morning. And we were not made aware of the $30 parking fee beforehand. Which is why we always use the pre-pay so that we do not have to carry around credit cards or cash.
