"Everything was great except the TV. Several channels were blacked out, the guide doesn't work, and being limited to only a handful of channels nowadays when at the room trying to relax and enjoy the evening was disappointing. Also the waiter with dark curly hair the very first night we ate downstairs implied that tap water was not an option, and only still or sparkling water was available. "The hotel was very nice. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and nice bathroom with shower and large tub. It was nice have microwave in the room. View toward Hudson River was great from the 23rd floor. Staff was very helpful. It was also great having the Spa facilities in the hotel. Availability of a variety of restaurants close by was a bonus."
