The staff pampered my family and introduced us to Ecuadorian new year traditions on the rooftop terrace with the other guests that was a memorable and unexpected way to ring in the new year. "Excellent hotel. Staff is tremendously helpful - helped counsel us on things to do and transportation and were actively looking out for us. The rooms were wonderful for our family. The interior courtyard was inviting and the rooftop restaurant was delicious. All staff were so warm and welcoming and Dennis in particular was wonderful when we ate at the restaurant.
