Place was beautiful and friendly staff but was disapointed that the steam spa wasnt working and was main reason i booked this hotel,also thought it was a little cheap not to let me check in early for free cause room was already cleaned,but still got charged 30$ fee for it,and the remote control only on and off button worked i left a note and second day was the same

We had an early flight and the 4 a.m. shuttle was much appreciated. The hotel has plenty of water stations to refill bottles and was very quiet even though it’s close to the airport. Would stay again!

The hotel had someone waiting for us when we got through customs to take us to the shuttle. As we arrived at 12:30 am this was a real treat. We didn’t know they would do this. All staff extremely friendly.

This hotel is perfectly acceptable for a one night stay when foying in or out of Quito. Restaurant is decent and they have room service. Staff is very friendly and accommodating for special requests (e.g. for a roll away bed or extra towels). We used the hotel shuttle to and from the airport. We did not have to wait long and it was very nice.
