However, it would be nice if the wifi worked a bit better in the rooms further away from the common room area and if the hot water was reliable. We took a handful of icy showers. "

We stayed in a very comfortable, large room with a spectacular view of the Plaza de San Francisco. We enjoyed breakfast and a wonderful dinner at the hotel and loved that the menu included local cuisine. Plus, the prices were reasonable - we would have easily paid twice as much at home for a meal of the same caliber. You also shouldn't miss a late afternoon cocktail on the rooftop!"

The owner of the "Guest House" is never there and does not provide ANY of the items listed on the Expedia website -there is no hot water. -bad odor coming from the toilet. -old stained bedding -no toiletries (we were provided with one soap bar for two weeks stay) -no daily cleaning (he did not do ANY cleaning of the room during our 2 weeks stay, did not even remove the garbage.
