"Great location in historic Quito with excellent service. The free breakfast is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here. However, it would be nice if the wifi worked a bit better in the rooms further away from the common room area and if the hot water was reliable. We took a handful of icy showers. "

"I really hope Expedia will reconsider representing this facility. The owner of the "Guest House" is never there and does not provide ANY of the items listed on the Expedia website -there is no hot water. -bad odor coming from the toilet. -old stained bedding -no toiletries (we were provided with one soap bar for two weeks stay) -no daily cleaning (he did not do ANY cleaning of the room during our 2 weeks stay, did not even remove the garbage. We collected our garbage in our own bags on...
