"I stayed in a mountainside villa for 4 nights with a gorgeous view. The WiFi and AC worked perfectly my entire stay, I put some insect repellant below my door or a beach towel which prevented too many uninvited guests in the evenings, there was some construction happening during the day but I imagine most people would be out and about during the day anyway, the staff were friendly and helpful, and if you have an early tour booked, they let you grab a to go box for the included breakfast which worked great for me :). Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again if I were in the area!"

"Fantastic customer service started before we even checked in. The front desk woman helped place an order at the restaurant to be ready when we got there because we were arriving later than expected with sleepy kids. We were welcomed with yummy welcome drink which the kids loved and then shown to our room. Our dinner was brought right up which was so nice! Everything was clean and the location was super convenient to everything. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The hotel was very nice and the pool area was beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting by the pool for breakfast and then going for a swim. They also made some really good cocktails. All the staff were so friendly and very polite. The food and service at the YOLO restaurant was top notch. They had either live music or a DJ which we loved. Joshua at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us make all our plans and made sure we always had what we needed. Only complaint I would have is the thin walls in the main building. We could hear everything in the next room. That being said, we will be back. Thanks for the great stay!! "
