"Absolutely gorgeous! Loved the unique decor in the room and around the property. Grounds were well maintained and very tropical. Pools were nice and the monkeys were fun to see around the property. Would highly recommend. "

"We had a second room floor on the end with a beautiful view of beach. Great to listen to rush of beach water all times. Meals here are wonderful. If coming be sure to get room not on end as the wifi is not always good--closer to center of hotel area I hear much better. We had a sloth and baby in nearby tree. We'll be coming back here."

Attention to Service is substandard compared with similar properties in the area from what we could tell - our room door was broken the last night and we had to wait more than an hour without any accommodations when they should have given us a new room immediately, which they finally did - by then we had missed dinner reservation and lack of service focus put a damper on our last night there."
