"Best staff of any Cardiff hotel. Very comfortable, spacious room. Some bar chairs could do with a good clean as they are badly stained. Room was very clean though. "

"Excellent hotel. Really nice room. Amazing staff and brilliant central location. Only down side was we didn't have a real window in our room, due to it being an internal one. As it was only for one night this wasn't a huge issue and didn't effect the pleasant atmosphere of the room. Great breakfast, with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "
