"This place is the nicest place I’ve stayed in for the price range. It was not expensive but seemed like an expensive place. Awesome breakfast, spacious room and free cookies! Close to lots of local shops and Santa Rosa as well. "

"The view from the room was beautiful. The room was very comfortable and easily accessed. We reserved an "accessible" room; however, while the room and entrance were accessible, the room had a bathtub, not a walk-in shower with a drop-down chair, as all other accessible rooms have. This was the only negative but a big one if you have any disability. I would suggest that management correct this or not describe the room as accessible. At the very least, explain that the room has a tube and no sitting accommodations. Short of that a wonderful time and we will stay there again."

"We were there for a sports tournament at the Petaluma Community Sports Complex about ten minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants, fast food and shopping within minutes and the hotel is right off Hwy 101, which made very easy in/out. Overall, the hotel was clean, updated and the staff was professional and friendly."

"Cavallo Point Lodge is a beautiful property with views of the Golden Gate Bridge. Great walking trails, shuttle to Sausalito. Great restaurants. So relaxing, just magical. Can’t wait to return "

"Everything was great. The only issue I had was the attitude of one lady working the day shift at the front desk. And that when we extended our room they were not very accommodating to keep us in the same room. I had to move all my stuff from one room to another. But otherwise it’s a great hotel. The lady in the breakfast area absolutely was amazing and made my mornings. The rooms were great and had a good amount of storage and space to put stuff. They were accommodating to my fur baby, who was happy there, and offer a little doggy area. Overall I’d stay there again. "
