"They allowed us to check in as early as 12pm and checked out late at 1pm. The around area is safe. Inside hotel is very clean and seems newly renovated. I will stay again if I come to Berkeley. "

"Not like a typical US hotel. Room, housekeeping, and front desk personnel, excellent service. Only issue we had was the very long wait at the Park Bistro Bar. Service was so slow we left without our food after waiting 50 minutes. The place was not busy so was disappointed. "

"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "
