"Beautiful grounds and breathtaking view!!! Loved the pool, hot tub and our room. The bed was a little too hard, but staff put on a mattress topper for us. Could’ve used another topper, but we didn’t tell them so it’s our own bad for not saying something. Nice and accommodating staff. Complimentary breakfast was good. Love the waffle makers, scrambled eggs, sausage links and coffee. It was a perfect vacation for us and we’ll be back! "

"Theh rpoperty is not far from the busy Pismo downtown and the beach location. It is also close to grove city and they also had an amazing beach. The facility is nice, clean and good for the price. Only hiccup we had was the hot water issue the first night. But the second night it got fixed and everyone had a good time. "

Beach access is a lovely touch and walks into pismo downtown at low tide are a treat. The fire pits at night are very welcoming. It was noticeably well maintained and clean."
