"Great resort with amazing pool and amenities. We came for a concert at the Pavilion, which is close by along with lots of shopping and dining options. The drinks and food at the pool bar were amazing, we spent quite a bit of time enjoying the pool and lazy river. We ordered room service for breakfast which was quite good, but wasn't cheap after paying fees etc. We dined at the back table once which we thought was okay, but maybe we didn't get their main/best dish as we just had sandwhiches. "The room size was great. Not very attractive at all. Messy paint spots on doors ect. The AC unit was so dirty! We could not get AC to shut off at all so we literally froze all night! The hallway was so loud with people and slamming doors , we were woken up twice during the night."

"We were on the first floor and could hear the people on the 2nd floor above. Walls were so thin you could hear the tv from the next room. You could smell cigarette smoke from people outside and loud voices. Saw Cockroaches the next morning. "
