We actually didn't have an issue with the property itself at all. Our biggest issues were 1. Both times we stayed here the guy who checked us in was very rude to us without cause to be. 2. The second time we stayed here, we chose the pay at the property option, which is spelled out that you don't have to pay until you arrive to check in for your reservation, so you have the option of changing your payment method. I have never before had a problem using this reservation type. We arrived at the property for our reservation at around 9 pm to find that our reservation had been cancelled by the property 3 hours earlier because they attempted to collect payment for the reservation before I had arrived and there wasn't enough on the card on file to do so. They claimed that they tried to call me but I had no missed calls from them or anything. I have worked front desk for a hotel, so I know how some things work. There was absolutely no reason for my card to be run at 6pm. That is something you do if someone doesn't show for a reservation or you haven't heard from them by midnight. We were there by 9pm. We ended up having to pay almost an extra $25 to get another reservation. If we hadn't already paid for a second reservation on Saturday night, we would have went somewhere else. We will not be back.
