"We reached out to the host around 5pm on the day we were to arrive (I received a confirmation email of my booking) to get info on how to get into the house and we were told the house was double booked and they were sorry but we didn’t have a place to stay. So we were there needing a place to stay with nothing. Extremely disappointed!! Second time this has happened with VRBO!! Horrible situation for anyone! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"

"A group of 6 of us needed a place to stay while we visited Nac for a football game. This place was perfect for us as it offered 3 rooms and a common area. The location is great near downtown and we enjoyed our stay there. We met the owner as he was passing through the property and he was informative and helpful. "I grew up in East Texas in a little town 20 mins from this house and as soon as I pulled into the property I got that “home” feeling that I remembered when living in the country. Walked into the house and it was perfect! Had everything you need for a stay of a few days or a few weeks. Great modern/country blend feel. Our daughter is at SFA and we will book here from now on. Far enough out to enjoy the country quietness and sky but also just a short drive to Nacogdoches. Thank you Julie!!"
