"Lovely property, great staff, VERY clean rooms. I could smell the cleanliness level, for me, that was my favorite part. One of the elevators had an issue but they have a second next to it and it was fine. Indigo still apologized by offering a free drink at the bar or a free appetizer, which was thoughtful even though we had no complaint. I also love the security level they use for entrance to the floors and your room, you must use your card in the elevator to get to your floor. We chose to stay here as we stayed a year ago for the first time and it was lovely, and close to the Moody and 6th St. It’s perfectly located near enough to eateries as Stubbs is directly across the street as well. We will continue to choose to stay here any time we are in town for a show. "

"The place was loud due to the bars outside of our room, but we expected it because of the central location. However, the real issue was waking up to a false fire alarm. Multiple alarm sirens and alerts went off, forcing us to climb down the stairs to the back alley at 3:30 AM. It was cold, and we were the only two there at that time. No one notified us or checked on us at all. We ended up losing 4 hours of sleep."
