"Great resort with amazing pool and amenities. We came for a concert at the Pavilion, which is close by along with lots of shopping and dining options. The drinks and food at the pool bar were amazing, we spent quite a bit of time enjoying the pool and lazy river. We ordered room service for breakfast which was quite good, but wasn't cheap after paying fees etc. We dined at the back table once which we thought was okay, but maybe we didn't get their main/best dish as we just had sandwhiches. "I love these hotels. Very clean and awesome employees. Unfortunately my daughter lost her airpods there, and someone named Emily tried to help us find them. But someone took them. But yes this hotel is WONDERFUL!!! Breakfast options are awesome as well. A+++++"

"The room size was great. Not very attractive at all. Messy paint spots on doors ect. The AC unit was so dirty! We could not get AC to shut off at all so we literally froze all night! The hallway was so loud with people and slamming doors , we were woken up twice during the night."
