"Great hotel in perfect location! Right next to Sentral station, we caught the train in from the airport and walked through the walkway to the hotel. From here, access to all the public transport lines at the station, also a shopping centre with food, shops, grocery, massages, movies and more without having to go outside if it’s raining. Easy walking to other areas for more food. Hotel itself great, everything you would expect and staff very friendly. Would highly recommend!"

The rooms were beautifully appointed, offering lovely views of the city, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a true highlight, with an impressive array of high-quality dishes from around the world, prepared to perfection. The spa and pool provided a tranquil escape, ideal for unwinding after a day out in the city. The only slight improvement could be the addition of a bar serving cocktails by the pool. Aside from that, everything was spot on. A superb experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Kuala Lumpur!"

"This is the best hotel we tried during our visit to Malaysia. It was so good that we decided to book it another 2 times when we got back to Kuala Lumpur from other states. The rooms were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The hotel location is perfect with 1-minute walk to a bus station, a metro station, and many nice surrounding restaurants. The breakfast was diverse and very delicious. The staff were super friendly, nice, and helpful. On the negative side, you can hear the nearby metro trains as they go by which can be noisy sometimes. The pillows were thick for us that it hurt our neck when sleeping. And the AC controller of the last room we took wasn’t working as expected. But nonetheless, it's a definitely highly recommended hotel that I'd love to stay in again."
