"Room was so bad I asked to change. Stained walls, a hole where an intercom used to be. Leaking toilet hose. No hot water. TV didnt work. Building plaster on bathroom door & walls. No where to hang towels. Not clean. Little on kitchen. Not enough to prepare a meal. Second room better but not very clean & still some faults. The lifts are so slow.
