"The staff were very friendly and helpful 10/10 customer service. The property is walking distance from Times Square and was very convenient. The room is in okay condition. However the toilet gave us trouble every single day of the trip and we had to keep calling reception to send the handy man to unclog it. However the receptionist gave us a discount for the trouble. The room was also very hot, I would recommend leaving the windows open. Overall a great stay. "

"Great location & a nice clean room. The breakfast was very average & really hard to find somewhere to sit. The lifts took a long time depending on the time of day. Would definitely stay here again though :) "
