"Great location. As someone who was born and raised long ago in Palo Alto, I was excited to be back in my old neighborhood. It was great to be able to run from the hotel to my old high school (Gunn) and up into Los Altos Hills, where I used to do training runs. My room was not cleaned after the first night, but after I complained it was cleaned and refreshed well the next day. The small fitness center could use an upgrade, for example with towels and more exercise mats being provided."

"My husband and I had a great stay. It’s walkable to the train, has convenient parking on the property and walkable to downtown PA. Very clean and beds are comfortable. I actually want to go and buy the Westin mattress now. "
