"Terrific, friendly staff, (drivers, desk agents, operators)! Surprisingly good food! Hotel has "great bones", love the atrium, but room needed renovation, HVAC loud when it turns and squeaky when it's running. Very convenient to ATL airport."

"We had to make a reservation almost last minute due to weather, and the hotel was convenient to the airport and had a shuttle. The front desk was manned 24 hours, so THAT was nice at 1 am. Folks were friendly and courteous. "

"Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. They certainly need to hire more housekeeping but the few who are there do so well despite being understaffed. The pool is a plus although I was unable to swim as a result of being a bit under the weather. The staff are very friendly too. "
