DO NOT STAY HERE!
If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I purchased the hotel through Expedia for my sister and me. She arrived to the hotel before me and the staff had her waiting FOR SEVERAL HOURS to provide her a ROOM (my flight had been delayed), blaming it on Expedia.
When we got to our room, things seemed to be a little jankier than in the photos, but we figured we'd stick it our since we were there for two nights only.
But it only got worse from there. The second night we came back to our room, we arrived to find A MAN SLEEPING IN OUR BED.
When we looked further in the room we realized that ALL OF OUR THINGS WERE MISSING. After a frantic search, we learned that while we were away, the staff there had GONE THROUGH OUR belongings, packed up all of our things, and RESOLD the room that we paid for!!!
They then proceeded to give us a smoky room that I couldn't even enter because it was so smoky. We then asked for another room where we were only able to get 3 hours of sleep.
My sister cried because they had gone through all of our belongings and she did not feel safe in the hotel.
In the morning, the hotel front desk person was rude to us and did not apologize for the mistake, choosing to lie to us instead of taking accountability.
I am still traumatized from this situation. I have made a formal complaint to corporate at Wyndham and am awaiting a resolution to this horrible experience.
