Disappointing experience. The updates done on the hotel were of low quality. Felt like lipstick on a pig. Smallest hotel bathroom I have ever had in the USA.

Check in was delayed and the in-house restaurant was mediocre at best and out of all pasta dishes, bread, cheese and other items. Also, no other walkable restaurants nearby and regardless we were advised by an airline captain on our shuttle not to walk outside in the area. To be fair Atlanta had a big snow storm and local hotels were slammed. The rooms themselves were otherwise nice and they had offered a discounted rate which is why I chose it.

I have NEVER stayed at a hotel that required you to pay for even a toothbrush!!!! The snowstorm in Atlanta left us with an unexpected overnight stay without luggage. This hotel made no effort to ease the stress of this situation. $2.50 a piece for the crapiest of toothbrushes!

The staff went above and beyond to take care of me and other patrons when my flight was canceled due to bad weather conditions. A lot of us were stranded at airport hotel. Busted butt trying to feed and accommodate us all. Short on staff due to snow and sleet on the roads
