Staff was nice but not trained. I was checked into a standard room but confirmed an accessible one. After 3 more tries, they were finally able to get me into the correct room, although still not with some of the expected features according to the room description Restaurant area was dirty at 950pm. They closed over an hour early so we couldn’t dine.

All In all it was a nice visit. However, I felt like there should be water in the room upon arrival. In addition, the desk in between the beds in room 233 had a 30 degree tilt (not level) and your phone and other items would slide off. I would still consider booking from you again. Thank you.

Property was convenient for a quick stay, short trip to airport with 24 airport shuttle. It was well-maintained and the rooms clean and spacious. My only complaint: Called phone multiple times when I arrived at airport for the shuttle, and no one answered. Finally called their reservation number, and that person tried multiple times to reach the hotel and finally succeeded. Just fine beyond that.

To get the shuttle to the hotel have to take two shuttles. Which was not ideal at 11:20 pm especially since I tried contacting the hotel for instructions and no one got back to me. Ended up getting a extremely expensive taxi instead. The room itself was just fine. The couch had a stain. The bathroom was dated, and beat up. Beds were comfy at least. There were some horrible snacks available for purchase. 5 kinds of flaming hot Cheetos, frozen burritos, 6 kinds or ramen ect, all just junk food and some ham and cheese sandwiches. Paid at least 3x what they would be worth at the grocery store. The shuttle in the morning left early! We almost missed it. Would never stay on our layover ever again.

It's not bad for an economy airport hotel. Fairly clean, had a bar with a limited menu and a soft bed. I'd stay here again.
