"The staff at Hotel Club Frances knows what they are doing and go out of their way to make your stay there comfortable and welcoming from room upgrades to transportation to restaurant reservations. I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. It is small but the rooms are spacious and comfortable as are the bathrooms. The location can't be beat. Will stay again!"

"Urban Suites Recoleta was truly a boutique Hotel. It was in a good neighborhood, staff was professional yet friendly and it was well-appointed. Breakfast was served in a dining room, covered all appetites and tastes, plus included Expresso beverages in addition to drip coffee and an assortment of teas. Having the airport transfer service was also welcome. We would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is in a great location near great shops and restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and clean. We had a little kitchenette that was very helpful given the length of our stay. "

"Good location. Spacious apartment, clean, comfortable. Quiet building in a quiet neighborhood. Nearby coffee shops and markets. We notified Art Suites when we got in a taxi from the airport and when we arrived at the apt., but had to wait 20 min. to be let in. The key system was a little confusing. The furniture was worn, the outlet for kitchen appliances did not work, the jets in the spa tub did not work. Overall, it was fine, Good value for the price."
