"My second stay there. The property managers are great. Excellent location in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Very walkable. You’ll need to supply a few basics for the kitchen. Paper towels, dish soap. No elevator. Property has 3 floors. I had 1 BR partial ocean view. "

"The balcony and the view are fantastic. The AC works well. Overall, the place is very nice. The bathrooms are small and there is a noticeable odor from the drains. The bed is comfortable but could be updated. The instructions could have been more clear about entering from the 4th floor which would have helped save us from dragging our luggage up the stairs. The area is nice with lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. The area is noisy with nearby pools and outdoor bars but quiets down at 10 pm...

"We love the neigborhood. Very easy and pleasant communication with the host. Great studio three blocks from the beach a bit up the hill with everything you need. Great otdoor terrace. Malecon, shops, supermarket, restaurants are in the walking distanse.Would definetely recomend for singles and couples."
