"We stayed at this hotel for 16 days and had a great experience. The staff was professional, helpful, and quick to solve any issues. The hotel is conveniently located near Osaki Station, providing easy access to the Yamanote Line. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that the windows cannot be opened for fresh air, but this is a common policy in most hotels in Japan, so I wouldn’t consider it a major drawback. "Decent hotel, good for quick access to the city or airport"

"This hotel had a great location literally steps outside the JR Otani station. It provided easy access to Shinjuku, Shibuya and elsewhere on the Yamanote Line, and to Yokohama. Hotel was a bit dated and no free breakfast. This was okay as it was as advertised. Hotel was especially good for having options for multiple beds in a single room which is hard to find in Tokyo. The room was clean and the wifi was good. Overall, a good stay. Will consider again in the future. "
