"Very comfortable and convenient place to stay in for a couple. The location is about 10 mins from Yokohama station so it was easy to locate. It is near a convenient store and it has a bath on the bottom floor! Clean, great staff that also accommodated us in English, and location is super convenient! Thank you!! "

"Very helpful staff. Conveniently located near a convenience store and other amenities. Almost next to the Anpanman Museum, a 3-minute walk away. Also, it's a 15-minute walk to Yokohama Station. Ocean Milano restaurant was quite fancy, and the food was delicious. "

"Right next to numerous restaurants and Shin Yokohama station. Beautiful view of the city if you get a room on a high enough floor. I got a room to accomodate 3 people which is sometimes iffy but the room was great. Plenty of space and large enough beds."

"The hotel is in a great area for shopping and sightseeing. There is a bus stop for the airport bus right outside the front doors. The staff are friendly and helpful, there are several dining options in the building and the rooms are clean and affordable! I would highly recommend staying here when in Tokyo!"

The area is surrounded by countless food outlets, offering everything from casual local eateries to more upscale dining options. "Very nice hotel with plenty of good dining options. The location is ideal as it’s only a few min walk from Shinagawa Station. This hotel is an ideal “base of operations” when visiting Tokyo or even Japan in general. The Shinkansen and the NEX both run through this station making the location extremely convenient."

"Very happy with our stay at this hotel. Our room was cleaned daily, which is now a nicety post pandemic. The room is also spacious by Japanese standard. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. Free coffee in the lobby. The location is surprising peaceful and quiet considering how close it is to the Shibuya Scramble, one of the busiest intersections in the world. "
