Unbeatable location! We really enjoyed our stay, especially with the whole of Shibuya right there to explore and proximity to public transportation was amazing. Our room was clean, quiet, and had an amazing view of Shibuya. Staff was also great and let us leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out and were waiting on our flight. Highly recommend!

The staff and amenities at the hotel were top notch. Big kudos to the breakfast staff and friendly front desk. The amenity kit in the lobby was convenient. The room colors and decor were sophisticated and really set the mood for our trip. Highly recommend and will be back!

Clean, easy to locate, hotel very close to the center of Shibuya and right next to many metro/railway lines. The rooms compact but not too small, with facilities and common areas feeling very new and well kept.

Very close by to the station and shopping area. The restaurant on the 2nd. Floor and 3rd. Floor is very good. We were not told we can get discount as the hotel customer and we only found out at the last day. I saw most of my transactions shows Stream Hotel which are our dinner and lunch transactions. So technically the hotel own those restaurants. The carpet in the room seems dirty and needs to be washed.

Great location, rooms are quiet and good blackout blinds! We regret booking a smaller room and couldn’t upgrade. The room was not represented well on the websites and even though we didn’t spend much time in the room, it was far too small for two people!!

Shibuya stream was the perfect location for our 5 days in Tokyo. Perfectly located adjacent to the Shibuya station gave us quick access to every corner of Tokyo. The Shibuya area is lively and being a quick 5 minute stroll away gave us enough buffer to be in a quiet location and enjoy everything at our pace. The rooms are big enough and despite being smaller than western standards we managed just fine. The shower/tub was large and once we discovered we could stand in the tub and redirect the spray, duh. The TOTO toilet was great! Fun to use and spoiled me for life! The restaurant and bar were ok. We discovered a Dean and Deluca right out of the elevator and had our breakfasts there. The bar was good, measured pours and well done cocktails. Again other options nearby provided more variety and better people watching plus more value. We would definitely recommend Shibuya Stream.

I had an overall great stay at Shibuya Stream. Rooms were very clean but were quite small. I was in a room that was really far from the elevator, and due to the placement of the elevators of the hotel, it easily takes a few minutes to get from elevator to the room (if you’re unlucky like me). Location was good, there is a lot of construction at the subway station during my stay. But once you figure out the route, it’s quite convenient. Employees were very nice and accommodating. We arrived late in the evening and there were still clerks to assist in checking in. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a perfect location for getting around: it's very close to Shibuya station, and walkable to many shopping and dining areas. The hotel itself was very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. I liked the ability to opt out of daily room tidying/cleaning and towel changing. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great about Shibuya Stream except for the in-room lighting. It would be perfect if at least 1 light in the room, maybe the one on top of the washing basin is brighter or white light for the purpose of putting on makeup. I sat next to the window with the little mirror provided in the room but found it extremely difficult to see how well my make-up was applied. Took me at least 20 minutes extra per day to apply makeup compared to my daily routine. With that said, Loved the location, room size, cleanliness, amenities, self-selected extra toiletries and the green hotel concept. Very convenient for food, shopping and transportation purposes.
