"It’s a nice hotel, clean and the room was spacious. I just wish you had better customer service, I requested for bottled water and the guy at the front desk said no one will bring it up to the room so I need to go down myself. Hilton hotels in Asia have better customer service, you really get what you pay for. "

"Here are the things I loved about Ocean View: Check in staff were very welcoming & friendly. Joy checked me in & she was lovely. All other interactions with housekeeping and valet were also great. Everyone was very nice. Valet parking entrance made parking easy. We didn’t have to worry about finding street parking. Location was fantastic for the event we attended. We found lots of great restaurants within easy driving and/or walking distance. Rooms were QUIET. We were here on Halloween night & it was loud outside but with the balcony door shut the room was peaceful. The bed was comfortable. Amenities went above & beyond. The room had a Nespresso machine, earplugs, squares of chocolate, sewing kit, shaving kit, body scrubbers, shower cap, dental kit, & pillow spray! Balcony had seating for two & lovely view overlooking the Santa Monica Pier & ocean. The hotel was very clean & had a lovely lobby aroma. "
