We had trouble with one of the TVs. Received a text indicating to reply with any issues. I did reply about the TV and no one ever came or contacted us about it. There were two tvs and the other was fine so we did not make a stink. But to offer a method of getting help and then apparently not listening to that, that was pretty frustrating.

Our check in was easy, and the room was nice enough. Bed was comfy and there were ample pillows. There were a few things that were really dated and worn out looking (a completely chipped down to metal toilet handle for example) and the walls were thin so we could hear people slamming stuff around at 5am and it woke us up. But there was a mini fridge and microwave, the toiletries were nice, and the location was good for a one night stop over.
