Property is beautiful. Hotel room was very dated. Size of room was great but overall look and style was not. Staff were great and attentive. It was our son’s birthday and they said they would do something special for him and I hey did nothing.

Out of 3 days we stayed in this property, 2.5 days the elevator was not working. We had to climb 5 floors to get to our room. Another major issue was at night where they had extremely loud parties till close 2:00 am in the hotel. This caused lack of proper sleep, specially with our 3 years old toddler. The room itself was great, clean and beautiful view but the toilet were outdated and small.

When I first checked in they upgraded me to a king suite in the far tower which seems older. The room was on the first floor right off the street. After one night I had to move the noise from cars and delivery trucks early in the morning was bad. They moved me to the main tower on an upper floor and all was good. Stay away from the other building.

We were in an ocean view room with a king bed only to realize that a club in front of the hotel blasts music until 2am. We were moved, but to a room without a view of the ocean and with two twin beds. It should really be disclosed when booking that this is an issue. We were told the night we called that a handful of other people had called that night to complain.

Beautiful grounds, friendly service and great location. We enjoyed using the complimentary bikes as well. Rooms were a bit tired but the bed was comfortable.

The hotel offer complimentary bikes on first come base, great option to get to know the area. 3 restaurants. Hotel staff are very helpful especially Danielle from the front desk and Angel, one of the hotel drivers. The hotel has a great outdoor Bar. It can get noisy if your room is above the bar. The gym is well equip. We needed to call housekeeping few times to remind them to bring towel to the gym.
