Tatiana, owner of Las 7 Maravillas, from the moment she picked us up at the airport, to the moment she dropped us off (17 days later), gave us a once in a lifetime experience. We took advantage of her personal tours which showed us everything Mazatlan had to offer. "We had an inexperienced staff member check us in. I was so upset at the process that I just wanted get to my room. I was checked in by 5 and waited an hour for a room that was never ready and just gave me a room that was clearly beautiful with a beach view. My kids were frustrated because we were waiting in the lobby for an hour. He didn’t explain anything about the facilities but I was already ready to enjoy Mazatlán. The hotel was amazing even the service. The check in staff was my only issue....
