The hotel put me on hold for over 20 minutes & then hung up on me . I was trying to get shuttle service to pick us up at airport. I have to pay for my short service to a taxi.. the hotel was filthy dirty smelled so bad, front desk was very backed up checking in. I would never stay there again. Everything in the hotel seemed outdated and filthy dirty with the bad smell..

For the price didnt feel like a Wyndham hotel l, but more like a (very) cheap Hotel. I paid almost 4,500 MXN (220 USD) and the room was pretty narrow, and the bath... was terrible

Very deteriorated property, smells bad; a combination of humidity and smoke, even though they claim ito be a smoke free hotel. Dirty carpets, leaks on the ceiling, horrible bathroom and old linens and towels.

Beds are old hard and springy. Hallways stink bad. Room smelled like sewer and old carpets, rooms are so tiny that you cant even open a suitcase, the bed hardly fits ao theres no area for suitcases leave alone opening it.
