"We had a great overnight at Shasta Inn. I called after booking to make sure we had a 1st floor room and to see what time the office closed in case we arrived late. The employee was very nice and followed up with me once my reservation showed up in my system. He even called to see if we would make it on time or if he could set us up with a package with our keys at the door. I felt very well taken care of, like he went the extra mile.
